Landmark Hotel

The staff is okay, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is separated from the 3-bed bedroom by a hallway. The room is decent, the bed linen was changed daily, and cleaning was done every day. It’s quiet. Extremely close to the metro, just a 2-3 minute walk. Bottled drinking water is provided for free daily and upon request.

It is not the first time to stay in that, but the first time to meet Valerian in the Restaurant. The welcome at the entrance to the restaurant for my breakfast was very warm. I was greeted by the young lady Valerian, who also took the time to carry my plate while I helped myself to the buffet table. You have to get to know her to experience this hospitality. She made my short stay enjoyable. What's more, I spent my short stay in a suite, even though I had only booked and paid for a single room. This was certainly the case because a request could not be met at check-in. At check-in, I was given to understand that during the day I would be vacating my room and moving to the room corresponding to the price I had paid. Surprise, management decided to let me stay in the suite.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a very relaxing environment for a peaceful stay. A special mention goes to Moe, the Guest Relations Officer. Moe went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, offering personalized recommendations and always greeting us with a warm smile. Her dedication to making guests feel welcome truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Landmark Hotel for anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. The staff, especially Moe, make it a standout choice. I’ll certainly return whenever I'm in the area!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect, and a big part of that was thanks to the lovely and kind Ms. Moe. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I immediately felt at home. She was always smiling, attentive to every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Room cleaner Imran Khan did an excellent job with cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring that our rooms were spotless throughout our stay.
